FUN - INTERESTING - SUSTAINABLE
With this in mind, we have grown restaurant by restaurant, working with a group of talented individuals.
Fun - Vendors, partners, and team members all contribute to the joy of building a company that benefits all.
Interesting - Creative energy, community engagement, and the greater good make our company more than a business.
Sustainable - Efficiency, investment, excellence and value set the framework for our financial goals.
The BTS culture of service respects the unique personalities and attributes of each individual, for through their intellect, talent, and ability to show empathy towards each guest and co-worker, our common culture of service based hospitality is paramount to the success of each restaurant within the Brewed to Serve family.
The word family is not used loosely, as the company is led by Cindy LeBlanc and is supported by her husband Alan LeBlanc and her nephew John Roberts.
Chairman & CEO
An entrepreneur at the outset with a business background as a CPA with MBA, Cindy has taken her love of real estate and development into the restaurant arena. Focusing on operations and growth, Cindy continues to strive for perfection in environments to allow for company growth both in the restaurants and within the organization. A committed board member of the Gateway Center and the Buckhead YMCA, she utilizes BTS to expand opportunities beyond the walls of the brewery and restaurants and into the community at large.
President & CCO
Design and development are the creative hallmarks of Alan's daily life. As a creative thinker, he provides BTS continued growth and opportunity. Never stopping and always thinking, Alan's commitment to the organization’s growth has created opportunities for many in the Atlanta hospitality community. A regular mentor and speaker to groups and individuals desiring to improve and/or move their careers professionally into the hospitality environment, Alan always makes time to stop and listen and assist.
