We Create. We Serve. We Deliver.

Our Philosophy:

Where leadership begins with serving others.

Since 1995, Brewed to Serve Restaurant Group has been shaping the hospitality landscape with creativity, care, and a commitment to service. From our first concept—Max Lager’s Wood-Fired Grill & Brewery in downtown Atlanta—to every restaurant that has followed, our vision has been rooted in genuine hospitality.

Our name reflects that philosophy. We begin with a blank canvas, transforming vacant spaces into environments that are authentic and sustainable. As people, flavors, art, and energy come together, each space gains a soul of its own—where hospitality doesn’t just exist, it thrives.

At Brewed to Serve, our culture is defined by three guiding principles:

  • Fun – Joy is at the heart of our work, from collaborating with vendors and partners to building teams that bring excitement to every guest experience.

  • Interesting – Creative energy, community engagement, and a passion for the greater good make us more than a business.

  • Sustainable – Efficiency, thoughtful investment, and a commitment to excellence ensure that our growth endures.

This culture of service respects and celebrates individuality. Each person’s intellect, talent, and empathy strengthens our shared mission of hospitality and enriches every restaurant within the Brewed to Serve family.

And family is not a word we use lightly. Led by Cindy LeBlanc, alongside her husband Alan LeBlanc and her nephew John Roberts, Brewed to Serve is more than a company—it is a family business dedicated to creating soulful spaces where people gather, connect, and belong.
